what do you mean by "lean bulking"..?
Marcros should be .6 to .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight; .45 grams of fat per pound of body weight; fill in rest with carbs.0 -

You don't really need quite that much protein, but there's nothing wrong with that. If that's your preference, fine.0

The 1 gram protein should be per lb of lean body mass, though 0.8-1.0 is sufficient. Remember, during a bulk carbs are king, protein is more important in a cut so you don't lose much lean mass.0 -

So basically i can grow muscle during my strength training using 0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight?.How about fat?Should it be 0.45 grams or i can stay at 0.40?It is wrong if i useIsaackGMOON wrote: »IsaackGMOON wrote: »

The whole point of the - means that it is a range, you can pick anywhere in between.. it's common sense.- caloric surplus of 250-500
- 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
- 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
- fill rest of calories with carbs
