Ok, I was told that after a good hard work out to drink Protein Shake etc to refuel your body. I then was told not to drink protein shakes because it build muscle. Now I do want to be nice and cut (have a looooong ways to go) lol I do However my workouts mostly consist of High Cardio.
Which is it? Whey or no Whey?

Don't you want to build muscle? Women don't BULK up the same way men do so don't worry about that. Muscle does burn fat and that is what you want to keep when you are losing weight. A protein shake after a hard workout helps refuel and repair and keep the muscle.0

I drink a protein shake after every workout and it really helps to help my muscles heal, therefore not being as sore. I drink a shake sometimes at breakfast as well (with some scrambled eggs) and I notice that it keeps me fuller longer until lunch time. I've noticed my arms getting more toned, but that's a good thing, more muscle helps to speed up your metabolism. That's all I've got for now, I hope it helped a little at least0
