Day One

Hi,

I am re starting my lifestyle change today and wondered if anyone else wanted to join me on my journey.

I have approx 70lbs to lose and would very much like to be at my goal weight by this time next year.

I enjoy cooking and am currently off work atm due to a back injury which isn't helping the situation as I find it hard to do any exercise. I am hoping to find new recipes and ideas to help me make the most of the calories I am allowed each day.

    Hi! I started at 198 lbs (I'm 5'1'') and I'm now at 153 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs, so our goal is pretty similar.

    As for your back injury, have you tried yoga and pilates? Since there's no impact, it could help you. Unless you're bedridden...

    Hi. I am 37yrs old. I am 5'1". My current weight is 187lbs. I started at 205lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs. I am new to this app. We can be on this journey together.
