Well it seem that i have an addiction with weighing myself. i can never go more than 4 or 5 days before i'm weighing in again. i guess it's better than doing it everyday tho. does anyone else do this or is it just me? just curious.

Nothing wrong with weighing everyday. I do, as do many other people. There's a thread about this on the front page right now: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10226684/how-often-do-you-weight-yourself

Every morning. Log it. View the trend every so often.

I as well do it on a daily basis every morning when I get up and than I track it so I have an average weight. I use www.weightgrapher.com to see what my stats are. It helps me from not worrying about what my weight is doing.

I started out weighing only once a week, but sometimes for me that can be a downer. Example: weighed on a Monday, the following Monday had gained 1.5, but then on Wednesday had lost that gain plus another half pound. So, maybe every other day just to stay "aware" of what's going on or whatever you are comfortable with.

Every day. Sometimes multiple times a day to remind myself how wildly it can fluctuate

I weigh everyday, log it for the trend, and then forget about it. I use the trend to track my progress so I don't get hung up on fluctuations.
