So I've heard stivea is 0 calories, and when I scan the bag even though it comes up with a few carbs in it, less than 1 gram a teaspoon it still says 0 calories. But when I did research online it came up 1.9 calories a teaspoon. I kind of wish I never looked it up now because some days I use alot of it. Now I'm confused of whether to log them as 2 calories a teaspoon or 0 calories a teaspoon like it comes up when I scan the bag? What do y'all think? What would y'all do?

I wouldn't worry over single number calories as long as you didn't have much. If you had an extreme amount of single calories you would possibly want to log it.

How much could you possibly be using to make 2 calories a teaspoon matter?

There are several factors that contribute toward discrepancies in labeling and actual calories. One is labeling standards that allow foods under a certain calorie count/serving to be labeled as zero calories. Another is simple rounding.

In the end, if you're using enough for those calories to matter, log them.

This!! Seriously, nothing you log is going to be 100% accurate. Don't stress over a few calories.

Sounds like it has a carbohydrate bulking agent to carry the tiny amount of stevia extract. If you have an accurate scale count the teaspoons in say 10 grams of product and the calories per teaspoon will be 40 divided by the number of teaspoons.
