I have the same thing and I am roughly the same size as you (5'4", 135, size 6/8). It is just where my fat seems to hang out on my body, along with my thighs. My upper body can be whip thin but I will always have that little belly pad, I think. I will say that posture really does help to minimize it's appearance. What I also notice interestingly, is that you have a deep innie belly button, and I also do too. I wonder if that is related somehow?0
