Start running with me?

Hi I have about 60 lbs weight to lose in total.

I am going to try running as one of my exercises, alongside getting back in the gym.

I am going to start off really slow, perhaps using the C25k app. I would love to have some MFP friends along who are new to running so we could support each other.

My goal is to to the Saturday 5k park runs regularly.
