Hello. At the age of 40 I settled into my sedentary life. No exercise. Eating everything in site. Gaining weight and feeling miserable. Sometimes I would get on a kick for about a month. Then get bored. Not diet correctly. This time something snapped. I joined a quality gym. Got a personal trainer twice a week. Exercise a total of four times a week. My trainer and my fitness pal make it easy for me to stay on track. Hello everybody. I'm glad I'm not alone on this journey.
