Can you loose weight and get a little toned by stretching alot? or is cardio the only thing that can really achieve that?

Everyone has a different idea of what "toned" means. Maybe posting a visual will help.0

you will loose weight when you are eating at a calorie deficit. exercising can help with that but it will easier to weigh and log your food
idk why people have such an issue with the word toning0 -
Lift heavy things to achieve that.0

Stretching is good and needed but you need to track your calorie intake and do some type of regular resistance training.0

This isn't really an either/or question. You don't only have two options (stretching or cardio). For starters, you completely left out diet and weight training.
Anyways, I've never heard of anyone suggesting stretching for weight loss and muscle tone. The only way I know how to tone up is to lose fat and/or gain muscle. How you gain muscle is up to you. Either resistance training or cardio (granted, cardio isn't likely to build as much muscle as resistance training).0 -
