Pls would someone explain to me how I get the correct weight for my food because the list seems to be in USA. My scale is grams.

I ounce equals around 28 grams. Google can do conversions for you (just type "convert grams to ounces" in the search bar and it will give you a mass conversion utility online).0

Look for the data entry in grams. Most people use grams so they're probably already in the database.0

If you have an iPhone, Siri can do all the conversions for you on the fly if you just ask her. I'm sure Android has something similar.0
