Just introducing myself

Hey everyone,

I started on here about a month ago to help with my weight loss. I have been slowly working and trying to eat better and have lost 45 pounds before starting on here. Its been a long process but it has been working for me.

I am a mostly stay at home mom to 4 kids. I do work part time although lately it feels like more. I wanted to lose the weight for me and show my kids that you can do whatever you put your mind to in the process.
