breakfast ideas

I am a carb junkie, so my breakfast often consists of a whole wheat english muffin + peanut butter, cereal + milk, etc. However, lately I find that I get to 10 am and I'm hungry! I have tried adding a banana mid-morning, but that didn't help much.

I am looking for breakfast ideas that will give me more bang for my buck. Thanks.

    Eggs? Ham? Yogurt & Granola? Protein Shake?

    Try eating foods with more protein.

    Oatmeal allows you to eat a good amount without a lot of extra calories. I eat 1/2 cup daily for breakfast, which is only 150 calories. I either have a protein shake and egg whites along with that and it keeps me satisfied until lunch.
