    Drink some water.

    Ignore it.

How much are you eating? Fats and protein are meant to keep you feeling fuller for longer.

    You're doing it wrong.

Fruits and veggies are very filling for very few calories! Whole grain breads are more filling than white.

But I think it's normal to have some hunger, especially the first few days. It gets better. :)

Hang in there! Don't cave and give in! :)

Make sure you're getting enough protein and fats, as they keep you sated longer.

The hunger for me tapered off around a week and a half but, I was never starving. You have to learn a better balance of protein and fat. Helped me so much when I made sure my breakfast had plenty of both and my lunch for some reason it took me longer to figure out what helped me stay full for Lunch.

Is your calorie deficit too ambitious?

It's the small portions but I also didn't get my snack I'm doing the 21 day fix and now that I have ate all my meals and snacks I am plum full

Count your calories. Someone just posted a thing about how the 21-day-fix had them eating at like 900 or 1000 calories a day.

That would explain the hunger, for sure.

    Good luck with it.

    Do you look like this?

    No?

Good. You are not starving. You are merely hungry. Hunger doesn't kill. Starvation does, right? Harden up a little. It'll be OK.
