I'm really trying this time to plug into the community and put ny weight loss goals out there rather than keeping everything a secret. I've been working a lot on myself mentally/behaviorally the last few months and have already dropped almost 20 lbs. I now just got a fitbit, hoping to up my activity. So anhwho add me if youd like! Seeing other peoples success with mfp really motivates me!
