Pre-workout for women?

Okay, I have noticed most Pre-workouts are geared towards men... and I understand that's because men are more apt to lift weights so that would be the target market, BUT what about us women? I keep just staring at the shelves of Vitamin Shoppe trying to decide if ANY of them are okay for me to take.
So anyway, my question is.. are there any pre-workouts designed for women? && I am concerned about all the ingredients in most. I try to be all natural. I am so confused; maybe I should stick with coffee? lol.
I just want to hear everyones opinions...

I asked my friend Emily Savoie who is a personal trainer and was part-owner of a supplement shop awhile back, and she told me the following:
"The two most popular pre-workouts right now are C4 and Craze. I haven't tried either of them, but that is just what everyone seems to be talking about these days. To be honest, ever since they reformulated Jack3d, I haven't really found a pre-workout that I like near as much. In terms of just an energy supplement to take pre-workout, I do take Black Cat from time to time. It is relatively mild, but it does the job. But mostly, I just stick to strong black coffee."
By the way if you're on Facebook, check out her page. Good info on fitness, nutrition, and motivation! Plus she's got a silly sense of humor. https://www.facebook.com/EmilySavoieTrainingAndNutrition
My wife has tried some of my C4, and says it's alright. Since we train mostly in the evenings during the week, she finds it hard to lose the energy before bed so she avoids it unless we go to the gym earlier on the day on the weekends.0 -
Most preworkouts have loads of caffeine in them and it doesn't matter if you lift, don't lift, male or female; they are geared for everyone. If you dont want to lift, no worries it does not matter theres nothing in it thats going to make you hulkish. I lift and cycle C4 and NO Explode.0
