my first food milestone

I am usually a challenge in the fact that I binge eat some of the time and under eat some of the time. well normally when I eat pasta salad for lunch I usually would eat 2-3 bowls of it. Today I said no you don't need the extra bowls of pasta salad. if you still feel hungry go to the fridge and grab you some fruit. after finishing my salad I was full and didn't need to grab fruit either.

I am thinking that the times I give my body veggies, and all the nutrients it needs I am not hungry because my body is full and satisfied. the times I am hungry it means I am starving my body from the proper nutrients it needs. I need to train myself to reach for fruits and veggies and pay attention to what I eat on the extra hungry days so I can give my body the nutrients it needs.
