Beer will pack on the pounds!

When I started gaining weight was when I started drinking regularily. Although I don't drink much anymore and I have had a few kids over the years the weight has been had to get/keep off. I try to stay away from alcohol for that reason along with a few others... If I do drink, thinking of the calories and weight gain are a good motivator to keep it down to just one or two occasionally. If I cheat... My scale lets me know.
