Water thoughts

so, Cameron Diaz swears by drinking a litre of water in the morning before having anything to eat, which helps keep regular and trim, thought this was worth a try? Anyone else do this?

    I don't drink liters of water, but I have at least 32 ounces before I eat anything. I don't do it for any particular reason other than that I exercise first thing in the morning so I try to stay hydrated. I eat later.

    I doubt it keeps me trim. Eating in a caloric deficit did that, to the extent I qualify as trim, anyway.

    I drink water, green tea and coffee in the morning before I eat anything. However, the 62lbs I have lost is due to a calorie defict :)
