My first mini-goal

Hi there! I'm on the road to losing 110 pounds!! I've just started so my first mini-goal is to lose 30 pounds by Christmas! I live away from all my family so it would be nice to see their reactions when I come home from the holidays. I haven't shared my intentions to lose weight on social media. I want my success to speak for itself. I need motivation! Feel free to add me or join the discussion if you have similar goals, whether it's ultimately a big weight loss or just a small mini-goal like this one!

    I set mini goals all through my weight loss & still doing it now, its the best thing cos each time u reach one you feel amazing

    I haven't even thought about setting a mini-goal. I think I'm almost scared to in case I don't hit it. I think I'm going to set one for 20 pounds by my birthday in November. Thank you for the inspiration!
