Last night I made a healthy smoothly . Mixed frozen berries 2% milk and stevia. I logged all my calories. I poured some into a glass and put the rest in the freezer and forgot about it. My question is can I eat the rest today without logging the calories or do I need to estimate the amount that was left. I counted the entire amount last night. (???)

Since you added them to yesterday's total I think you'd be perfectly safe not logging them again today. It's the average calories over time that matter.0

If you counted the whole amount last night, change last night to whatever % you drank then, and today for whatever % you drank today.
I mean technically the body's metabolism isn't on a strict 24-hour schedule, so if you're feeling lazy you can just leave it as is, but being specific and accurate in your counting is an important skill/habit to learn, in the long run, so the more accurate you can be, the better!0 -
I log everything. If I was to cheat in anyway I feel like I am cheating myself. I just wasn't sure in this instance. Thanks for your replies.:happy:0
