Body fat %

never tried to hit body fat but I've just been measured for it and I'm 16% I want to get it down to 9% please can any give me diet hints, links or general advise many thanks

    Some people opt to do bulk/cut cycles to decrease body fat. Some people do recomp. Some people lower body fat by lowering overall weight while lifting weights. Do you want to lose overall weight? Or is your weight appropriate, you just want more of that weight to be muscle?

    Lift weights, do high intensity cardio interval sessions, train hard, and eat with a purpose (moderate calorie deficit while hitting appropriate macros). You'll do great bud. It's all about time and consistency. Develop a plan and stick to it :smiley:

    @wbb no my weight is ok just high body fat

    You were just given perfectly fine advice...

    Cut your calories. HCLF is not needed at all.

    Slight deficit, lift progressive....profit. No other "tricks" needed.
