Fatty Meal and Meal Replacement

Hey,
Today I went out with the family and we ended up having battered chips. I should have said no, but this was a one off...mostly because we were in the middle of nowhere and that was the closest place. lol
Anyway, even though I had that portion of chips, should I still be taking a meal replacement after a session of insanity, if I should should I be reducing the quantity?
Thank you for your advise

(Also I use the slim fast shakes after a workout, but only take 1 scoop of powder rather than 2)0

depends where your calories are at for the day. if the chips put you a little high, then yes, reduce what you eat post workout.0

Also are slimfast a decent enough shake post workout.
I don't usually have the double schoop, just one cuz I know it is quite full of carbs0
