Six Meals a Day

I've recently started eating six meals a day, and it's kind of awesome. I'm addicted. It helped me move past a plateau and kick start my weight loss, I have more energy, and I'm feeling stronger in the gym. I also never get hungry...yay! Why didn't I do this sooner?

I'm looking for some new meal ideas and recipes. Post them here if you'd like, or feel free to add me if you have an open diary. I need some motivation to keep this thing going!
