Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis: Tips, fitness buddies?

Hello!
I'm on day 4 of Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis program, Hipcentric. I do the cardio and mat daily, arouond 60 minutes in the morning, plus walks, badminton etc in the evening and yoga at bedtime.
Not on her diet plan as not everything is easily available and I choose to go with a diet that suits me (Paleo, high protein, low carb, no processed stuff + lots of veggies Atkins type of thing).
I've worked out before (Jane Fonda, Kathy Smith, gym, running) and I think TA's style is good for me right now.
Anyone doing this? I'm logging each workout as high intensity aerobics (as so far am going full out) though am curious about calorie burn. Have read estimates from 400-180 calories for the cardio.
How's it going? I sweat a river during the workout, and hobble around the rest of the day (glutes), first day had to sleep a lot! :-)
(please, no haters. I've read all sides of the thing, and I like her workout, and am using my own diet. I also understand her concern about heavy weights creating batwing arms. Not happened to me, but to a friend who now only goes for hour long walks as exercise, and has given up her gym membership.)
