Slowly but Surely

I've lost 13 lbs over the last 4 or so months. I'll admit that I "fell off the wagon" a bit in the middle there and really didn't work as hard as I could have. I'm afraid I'm not going to reach my goal by my goal date but I'm trying not to let that discourage me and keep working these next 8 weeks. I know it's slow moving, but at least it's (my weight) still going down and not back up! Just gotta keep my head in the game and keep pushing. Every day.

    Hi~ Everyone has these days/weeks/months, so definitely never let it make you feel discouraged. I used to set "dates" for myself to lose a certain quantity of weight, but now I am focused on shorter term goals (NSV's). I like to have daily goals of reaching my FitBit's 10K steps and making sure to weigh all my homemade food. Even then, I don't always succeed, but it keeps my mind right. As long as your mindset is on health and you record your food (even when you'd rather not) it will all come off eventually.
