Time to make a change

Hello all! I recently went through a bad breakup up this spring and have gained about 15 pounds since. I needed to loose some weight before that but this is getting out of control I knew it was time to put a plan in action when I ripped through the bottom of two pairs of pants in two days! My 12 year old son thought it was hilarious! "It was just like in a cartoon!" I wasn't nearly as amused and being recently single and down to one income to support the household I can't afford new pants. So here I am. Because I work nights in the ER as a nurse I am often tempted to eat junk just to keep awake/keep energy up. My meal schedule is a bit twisted and I really need the support to keep on track Thanks to all that read this and please friend me if you can I will encourage you if you can encourage me!
