I just stated getting into yoga about 2 months ago, and so far I really love how it's helped me stretch out and lengthen my muscles and helped me relax. I want to get stronger and more challenging with it though, and acro looks both fun and challenging. But so far I've only seen really skinny people doing it. Considering it requires a partner, is it feasible for me to even try this at the moment? Or should I wait until I'm under 200 lbs? Any and all advice is appreciated!
Thanks!
Thanks!

You could base for sure. Generally the flyer will be a little smaller because the base has to support them.0

I do Acro yoga. There are all different size people and shapes! Don't wait to get started. My partner is 6'2" and 180 lbs and I am 145 and 5'4" usually he is the base but I can fly him different positions. Once you get more comfortable it becomes easier to base people bigger than you. Good luck!1
