feeling guilty had Chinese food for dinner and had some left overs for lunch. I get on the scale on Saturday... :(

    Guilty a waste of time. It doesnt help you. Tomorrow is a new day, so just try and hit your target. If you want you cna always do some more exercise or move more generally to burn a few extra calories. You cant panic yourself from every tiny little deviation, just log it and move on.
