    Hello Linda, my name's Anne and I'm from Essex. I too am at the beginning of this journey and have found readind other people's success' inspiring. Good luck to you and feel free to chat. I started weighing and logging everything I eat and drink just over 2 weeks ago. I also am easing myself into 30 day shred which for a 49 yr old who has never exercised is quite a challenge! BUT, it's working as I'm 9lbs down. Wahoo!
    I hope to continue being positive and maybe by becoming one of the community and joining others, I'll succeed, as will you.
