Any night shift nurses or night shifters?

I am not new to mfp but I have fallen off severely since starting as a night shift (7p-7a) nurse in February after being a day nurse. I am 25 and looking to lose about 30 or so pounds. I am trying to start over clean and I am interested in having friends in similar situations for accountability, strategy sharing and support.
