I am 25 years old - mother of a 1 year old - and wanting to lose 40 pounds.
I am following the MFP recommendation for calories and then adding 300 for breastfeeding but not eating back exercise calories - Trying to stay high protein low carb.
I want to work out 6 days a week and 1 rest day - I have dumbbells (4, 8, and 10 pounds) and a 10 pound kettle bell - but no other weights. What workouts would you add? Do you have an weight/strength training I could do at home with little equipment on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday? Any recommendation to add in something else on Saturday?
Monday - Zombies, Run 5k training - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Tuesday - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Wednesday - Zombies, Run 5k training - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Thursday Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Friday - Zombies, Run 5k training - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Saturday - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

Pushups (different variations), mountain climbers, you can do a lot of stuff with planks... I do 3 at home workouts a week. You can check out my diary, it's open0

Bodyweight exercises. Use them in a circuit. 8 count bodybuilders are excellent for little time and equipment but really do a great job.0
