Used to love fitness, now I have zero drive

Hey everyone,

I used to be really big into fitness. I would work out 4 times a week or more and I would rarely miss going every week.

Things are very different now. I haven't been to the gym in 3 months and I have lost all motivation. Every time I tell myself I am going to go to the gym, I just.. don't. It's summer and I am tired and would rather hang with friends or just come home, make dinner, and relax.

Anyone else been in this slump before? If so, what'd you do to motivate yourself?
