    I know weight training, squats and crunches are suppose to define your muscles... But how exactly do one burn the fat to see these define muscles? Ive been walking alot lately and cutting down on the crap ive been eating, but it doesnt seem to be working. Can someone help?
    If you're losing weight, you burn fat and muscle.
    And slow, steady weight loss minimizes your lean body mass reduction.

    While maintaining weight, you might want to research "Body Recomposition". I have had some limited but steady results doing this.
