Carb cycling

I've been reading a lot about this lately. Any thoughts/suggestions??

    Since you'll lose fat from simply being in calorie deficit, why bother?

    I know some people do it for training purposes (more carbs on lifting days) but for weight loss, there is no benefits. Personally, i try to keep it simple.
