Insanity max 30 and Wendler 5/3/1

Right now I doing insanity max 30 on my 8th day. I used to do wendler 531 strength building workout program. I want to start again and continue doing insanity, wendler is done 4x a week and insanity is done 5x a week.

My goals is to keep building strength and lose body fat. What way should I set up my fitness pal that help get my goals.
