So anytime that I've ever tried to lose weight, one of the things I always fail at is being a good judge of what a serving actually is. I would just guesstimate and I would always put too much in a serving. Well, I got serious and decided to buy a scale to measure my food. I found one on Amazon for around $12 and I just got it in today. It even came with two sets of batteries!

I brought scales today too, great for measuring food that I consider "treats" , I do t mind if I go oversize a bit on my oats, but tonight I measured 100gms of potato wedges and lite sour cream for a treat, It is a way better method. Best wishes!0
