I do about 30 minutes of these as part of my exercise routine. Do I spend calories? Where can I find details? Thanks--SNHA

I usually average about 1 cal/rep of a total body exercise or a rep of heavy weights. This compares closely to the calorie burn estimates on videos from Fitness Blender, so I think it's a decent gauge.
As with most things, try it, give it a few weeks, tweak based on results.0 -
Thanks much guys. This is very helpful.0
