    Look into reverse dieting you can eat much more without gaining any weight just take a slow and steady approach! You just increase 50/100 calories per week until you get to a good maintenance calories! You can look up a TDEE calculator online to get a nice maintenance calorie goal to get to! Good luck man!

    I also think you can probably eat more than you are. I am maintaining my weight at 1900-2000 calories/day. I am a 41 year old lady who is 5'0" and 100ish pounds.

    Im staying at 2000-2200. It works for me. Im putting on muscle, and not losing weight. Im happy with it. :)
