I also think you can probably eat more than you are. I am maintaining my weight at 1900-2000 calories/day. I am a 41 year old lady who is 5'0" and 100ish pounds.0 -
Im staying at 2000-2200. It works for me. Im putting on muscle, and not losing weight. Im happy with it.0
