American chop suey. I like these people's version of it although I make some minor modifications. Their recipes in general are excellent and they don't take themselves too seriously.

I just had some Heinz tomato soup with a slice of linseed and soya bread, had a big lunch (McD's -- shock) so didn't feel like much. Really need to go shopping and batch cook!0
