Water weight

I had a binge night last nite and today I can definitely tell that I'm bloated all though I have not weighed myself yet (I weigh myself Saturday's) I know by how bloated I am that I have gained weight. How long is it going to take for me to lose this water weight and not be bloated ( I'm 5'7 and weight 157ish). I have an important picture shoot on Saturday and I don't want to be bloated. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process not being bloated anymore .

Lower your sodium intake between now and then, drink plenty of water. It usually takes me a day or two if I've gone crazy with the salt to alleviate it.0

Increase your veggie intake (especially veggies high in potassium and magnesium), and lower your carbs for the next few days. You might be able to deplete some glycogen and lose a few lbs.0
