I have only been doing this for a little over a month and I have lost 12.2lbs! I am so excited. I still eat what I want but I am better at moderation. I have figured out that I just have to plan my food for the day. I am eating 1200 calories. My only concern is going back to work. I work at a head start program and I eat breakfast and lunch with my class. When I am not the one cooking it is so hard to determine calories accurately and I still struggle with wanting to eat when I see others eating and my coworkers are snackers!

I also have a question... my arms are a bit flabby, I don't feel like I have lost weight there... Has anyone tried the shake weight thinger?
