I would like to lose 90 lbs, my concern is will there be flabby skin when I reach my goal? I cant afford surgery to take it off, any suggestions?

    If you're reducing at 1-2 pounds per week and exercising, your body should take care of this.

    I have always been told weight lifting will help that.... cardio to lose... weight lifting to tighten. I think if you will be fine, especially if you take the hard road and do it with just diet and exercise. :) Good Luck!!!!

    Healthy with loose skin or fat with tone skin, which is better?

    I personally was surprised i didn't have more loose skin on my arms but I only have a little on the inside. Now my belly is a whole other issue but that can be covered.
  • I dont belong to a gym, and I dont own any weights, any suggestions to tighten up the stomach area and arms?
