I always liked to start the day with oats and protein, whether it's cooked oatmeal at home or a shake at work.0

Three egg omelette with some basil pesto, sometimes a slice of cheese (25% of the time, and/or sometimes for lunch); or
Greek yogurt with blueberries and usually small handful of almonds. (75% of time).
Really good freshly ground coffee, usually black or with a bare hint of no half and half and never sugar (100% of the time).0
