I have been bulking for quite some time I started at about 198 lbs and I currently weigh 222 lbs. I am noticing I am getting quite the gut and fat around stomach but I still see upper abs chest arms great. Without sounding full of myself I have a very nice physique been lifting about 4 years. I have been doing a semi clean bulk, the only part of my bulk that is kind of messy would be me ordering a pizza here and there and making a hamburger high in fats. I don't splurge on junk food at all but my fats are quite high on a daily. PLEASE give me some short meal examples of a low fat bulking diet for a daily basis. I just want to see what others eat to hit there daily cal target. I currently eat 3800 cals daily so its sometimes hard to eat clean on 3800 cals lol. THANKS

Dietary fat does not cause body fat in and of itself...a calorie surplus does. It might be time for a cut if you're worried about how much fat you're carrying.0

Low fat of high fat doesn't matter, 3800 cals is 3800 cals. Reduce your surplus if you're gaining too much fat.0

to the natural eye I prob look ok but Ive just noticed my fat is getting high i wasnt sure if i should continue my same amt of cals and clean up on the fatty foods or lower cals which i feel I wont benefit bc I am still trying to continue to bulk for a few more months my goal is to bulk atleast 10 months to a yr, should i just ignore the fat and keep bulking until my cut time? I dont want to lower cals because i just recently went up on cals abt 200 bc I got to a point where I was at a stand still for weight gain.0

Then you have to put up with the fat gain.0 -
