After a little hiatus i am ready to lose the weight again. I started back in 2013 and was down 60 pounds. I was feeling great and was able to do things i wasn't able to do before. At my heaviest i was 257 and at 4'11 it was a lot of weight to be carrying around. I was able to get down to 195 and told myself i was never going back. But, life happens and i gained back the majority of the weight i have lost. I felt soo disgusted with myself for letting it get so out of control. I was depressed and feeding into my feelings with food. Now, im ready to stop feeling sorry for myself and own up to my mistakes. I worked hard the first time now im ready to work even harder to get the weight back off. Just taking one day at a time and getting back into a routine. I wish you all the best of luck in your fitness journey. It's not easy, but it is soo worth it and you are worth it.
