Hello

I know exercise is important when your trying to lose weight, sometimes it's just hard to get started. I bought a Fitbit flex awhile ago and it just sat in the box. About a week ago I decided to try to use it on a daily basis and I actually like to see what I have ate and how much active time I've accomplished during the day. I try to to get in the 10,000 steps at least 4-5 times a week. If anyone would like to add me please do- wildvikk@yahoo.com. Good luck on your journey. Let me know how you like using the Fitbit.
