combine workouts

Hello everybody,
I’m a avid workout junkie always trying to new workouts throwing variety in the mix well I want to try something new sort of a challenge. What im planning on doing is starting Monday imp going to change it up quite a bit I have my workout videos all ready but I also like watching fitness channels on youtube . the YouTube channels I watch a lot are Popsugar, fitnessblender ,blogilates,bodyrocktv, Womensworkoutchannel, Leavelean TV with Brad Gouthro and Jessica Gouthro and many more that I can’t remember at this moment but I get ideas from then. What I want to do is everyday for the next 4 weeks I want to include one workout out all those channels everyday incorporate it and see how it affects my progress this is something im doing for my myself and for whoever wants to try this. well that’s my plan and im sticking to it.

    Check out T-Nation. Cyber mag for work outs, food plans/diets, everything....
