Incline DB press:
105 for 8
110 for 6
115 for 5 x2
Burned out with 80lbs pre-made barbell for 20
Weighted dips for lower chest:
90lbs for 12 x2
115 for 8 x2
Body weight for 20
Flat DB press:
100 for 8 x2
100 for 7
Burned out with 80lbs pre-made barbell for 15
Bent over pec fly machine:
(Normal fly machine but leaned over for upper inner chest)
80 for 12 x3
Regular pec fly machine:
90 for 10x3
Lower chest cable flies:
40 for 12 x3
Upper chest cable flies:
35 for 12 x3
Over head rope extensions for triceps:
67.5 for 10 x3
Push-ups:
15 reps for 3 sets

Just my opinion but I think you're doing too many isolation exercises. You're getting a lot more from the presses and dips than the flies and extensions.0 -
