I've got about 20-30 lettuces all ready at the same time - what can I do with them that I can freeze that doesn't involve soup? I hate soup.

Sorry, I don't think lettuce freezes particularily well.

Maybe juicing? Sounds like you may need to donate to a food bank or the neighbors. It might be fun to have a salad or lettuce wrap party invite your friends to bring the toppings or fillings.

You can put a lot of things in lettuce wraps.

Thanks I didn't even consider juicing - I'm gonna do that. Food never goes to waste where I live - if I don't eat it the animals do
