You may want to try something called a reverse diet. That's where you you slowly increase your calories eaten per day over a period of a few months (really slowly as in 50-100 cal increase every week or two). That way your body gets adapted to maintaining your weight while eating more calories. After doing this a few months you would start slowly decreasing calories again and hopefully lose weight.0

Now if you want to increase your TDEE so you can eat more ...move more and workout harder and build muscle ...totally doable0 -
